How can I book a bus transfer?

On the bus product page for your desired travel route, please carefully select which bus number you need from the timetable provided.

When you are logged in to your account, please complete all of the fields on the bus product page, add the number of passengers, and click the "ADD TO CART" button.

If you want to book for multiple routes / age groups, please add each product to your cart before checking out.

Once all of the desired products are in your shopping cart, you can complete the checkout process. (Your credit card will not be charged until your reservation is confirmed.)

You will immediately receive a Request Received email.

You will receive a Status Update email within 24 hours.

You will receive an email voucher once your reservation has been confirmed. If seats are not available your status will be updated to "Cancelled" and no charge will be made to your credit card.

Please be aware that to guarantee availability we need to receive your booking request at least 9 days prior to travel. Requests received within 9 days of travel will be subject to seat availability.
