I receive a 'Payment Transaction Failed' message when processing my order.

If you receive a 'Payment Transaction Failed Reminder' when trying to make payment for your order, this is usually because either the credit card is not accepted or there are not enough funds on the card.

Please ensure that you are using with a Mastercard or Visa card and that there are enough funds to process the payment.

There may also be other reasons relating to your credit card provider as to why a payment is not accepted.

If the payment transaction problems persist, please try using another credit card or contacting your card provider to get further details.
