What happens if I miss my scheduled bus?

If your bus is departing soon and you have not arrived at the check-in location, the bus company will generally call us because they are expecting you. Once we have been advised that you haven't checked-in yet we will try to contact you on the phone numbers you have provided.

If you miss your scheduled pickup time, unfortunately there is nothing we can do. The bus services are non-transferable so there will not be a refund for the service. However we do ask that you still let the bus counter staff know that you have arrived. They may be able to arrange a seat on a later bus service for you.
