If for any reason you need to cancel your booking after it is confirmed, there will be a cancellation fee applicable. These cancellation fees can be found on either the product web page or on your invoice/voucher.
In the event that you need to change dates, this is also often considered a cancellation as you are cancelling one reservation and creating another.
Please be aware that many of our products have a 100% cancellation fee if cancelled within 1 or 2 days of the reservation date. For this reason we always recommend that if you have any questions about cancelling (or changing) your booking, it's always best to contact us as soon as possible so that we can discuss your options.
